Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States:

• Standard Shipping — $4.50 flat rate
• USPS Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express — carrier-calculated rates at checkout

Most domestic orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

International Shipping We ship to select countries in Europe, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand via DHL eCommerce.

International orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means your order total does not include import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are due upon delivery. Hook and Honey is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or for any additional fees assessed at the border.

Processing Times Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
